As someone with a hectic and often stressful job, I find it really hard to find time to exercise regularly so first decided to go to Sara’s classes to keep me motivated and ensure that I exercised at least once a week.
 
Now I attend every week because I really love the class and it’s many benefits.  After every class not only do I know I’ve properly ‘worked out’, but I also feel less stressed and more balanced – something that I wasn’t expecting but really value and need!  I have also noticed that I am a lot stronger and more flexible after attending the class regularly.
 
The atmosphere of the class is always relaxed and friendly, and Sara is a fantastic teacher who manages to cater for all levels of ability so classes are always challenging and dynamic.  I can’t recommend Sara and her classes enough!
