Our Yoga

Welcome to Yoga with Sara, whether a beginner or advanced yogi, Sara can offer a truly unique practice to help you improve your
 

strength - flexibility - stamina

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a series of poses, synchronising the breath and movement, using smooth flowing movements that glide you from one pose to another and will include the Sun Salutations, it is almost dance-like. 
This style of yoga has both  physical and mental benefits.  Physically, expelling toxins from your body and energising you, whilst increasing strength, flexibility and balance.  Mentally by synchronising your breathing it will relax your mind, helping to relieve stress and tension, allowing energy to flow throughout your body.
Sara takes time to ensure all students feel comfortable and relaxed in her class and their safety is most important.  Corrections  of alignment and adjustments will be made when needed and there is always a modification that can be used to make poses accessible to all.

About Sara

Sara Coles

Sara Coles started practicing yoga 20 years ago whilst living in Scotland, at a very stressful time of her life. Yoga had such a profound impact on her that she decided she wanted to share her love of yoga with others and did a Teacher Training Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga 14 years ago and started teaching almost immediately.  
Having practiced different  styles including Hatha, Iyengar and Power Yoga, Sara has developed a style of yoga that is a Vinyasa Flow based practice, focusing of alignment of the body and the breath.
Sara's approach to yoga can be both challenging and relaxing, teaching a range of different classes to suit the needs of her students.  Whichever class you attend it will leave you feeling energised, deeply stretched and revitalised.
